How to apply for membership

If I don't receive any reward points, what should I do?
Normally, the system will automatically add points for orders that use the same phone number as the member registration.
If within 2-3 days after ordering, the score has not yet been displayed in the system
Customers can capture the proof of purchase and send us a message via Instagram or Facebook.

The team will review and adjust the score within 1-2 days after receiving complete information.
We are happy to provide full assistance to ensure that customers receive complete benefits.

What if I didn't receive my points?
Normally, points are automatically added based on the phone number used for both the purchase and your Membros account.
If your points don't appear within 2–3 days after your order, just take a screenshot of your purchase confirmation and send it to us via Instagram or Facebook .

Our team will verify the information and manually add the points for you within 1–2 business days after receiving the details.
